Introduction The control also allows a host program to add additional context-menu/toolstrip items to it, demonstrated as "custom options" here-in fact, the 3 rightmost toolstrip items on the editor below are added by the host program and not intrinsic to the control. Below is the RichTextBo圎x control-plus CheckBoxes to enable/disable custom links, custom options, and spell-check options-and a multi-line TextBox to show the main control's width, scroll position, and character code for any selected text. The following control, RichTextBo圎x, which features a toolbar and ruler, allows elaborate end-user-initiated functionality in a single WinForms control.
